Dr. Stephen Banes, DC, QME, CICE

Being married to a Chiropractor, Dr. Banes attended many Chiropractic events and was inspired to also become a Chiropractor. Having been a high-school athlete, Dr. Banes was immediately attracted to the benefits that Chiropractic can offer athletes such as enhanced musculoskeletal performance, decreased risk of injury, decreased severity of injury if it occurs and accelerated rehabilitation and return to activity after an injury. He focuses half of his practice on sports chiropractic and rehabilitation.

Dr. Banes attended Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, Kansas where he finished his  Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic degrees. Dr. Banes has completed additional education through the Pettibon Institute, American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians and Orthopedics and Neuromuscular Medicine.


After graduation, Dr. Banes worked as a chiropractor in Missouri before relocating to Murrieta, California in 2010 to start a practice with his wife.
Dr. Banes focuses on:
            -  Pain relief care
            -  Sports injuries
            -  Strengthening postural muscles and ligaments that are responsible for                            holding the spine in place
            -  Auto accident care
            -  Custom orthotics

Dr. Holli Banes, DC, QME, CICE

Growing up Dr. Banes knew she wanted to be in the health care field. After researching several different professions in the health care field she was drawn to Chiropractic. Dr. Banes believes that motion equals life and having a healthy spine and correct posture allows movement that is essential for health and fitness.
Dr. Banes  attended Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, Kansas where she completed her Bachelors of Science in Human Biology  and Doctorate of Chiropractic degrees.  Dr. Banes has attended an array of extracurricular seminar programs through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, CLEAR Institute, Pettibon Institute, and Orthopedics and Neuromuscular Medicine. 

 

Dr. Banes has a Peer Review Certification, an Independent Medical Examination Certification, and an Industrial Injury Evaluator Certification. She is a Certified Chiropractic Insurance Consultant, a Certified Independent Chiropractor Examiner and a Certified Impairment Rating Specialist. 

After graduating from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, Dr. Banes worked as a chiropractor for four years in Missouri before relocating to Murrieta California to be closer to family and start a practice with her husband.
