Your First Call

When you first call our office you will be welcomed by the voice of one of our pleasant front desk staff. They will gather information regarding your health concern and schedule a consultation to address your specific health concerns with Drs. Stephen or Holli Banes. They will direct you to our website to complete New Patient Paperwork in the privacy and convenience of your own home

Consultation

When you arrive at our office you will be greeted by one of our friendly staff members. Following a brief tour of our office, you will be asked to complete the new patient forms if you have not already done so at home. After that you will see the doctor.

Typically on the first visit you have a lot of questions and concerns for the doctor and the doctor will have questions for you. After these are addressed, you and the doctor will mutually agree on the next step which may be a full examination to determine the cause of your health concern, or a referral to another doctor, if necessary.

Examination

Once you have spoken with the doctor and you are ready to find the cause of your concern, we will start gathering the necessary information, which may include:

            -  Neurological, orthopedic and postural examination to determine where
your health is and if additional tests are needed.

            - An X-Ray evaluation will be performed, if indicated by examination.

You should plan to spend one hour in the office and bring any past evaluation information, X-rays or MRI.

**If there are no contraindications to treatment found in your initial examination, your first treatment can be performed on the same visit as your intial examination.
